Gryphon is an independent asset manager founded in 1998 by an experienced team of investment professionals. The time since then has been spent managing funds, but also observing, thinking, and learning. We have created a niche for our specific expertise within the investment industry based on our core capabilities – these are rules-based investing and transition management.

Instead, we are all equally committed to the job that needs to be done, whether it’s product structuring, portfolio management, research, business development or client service. This 'cross- pollination' has the effect of keeping us all focused and in touch with our unwavering business and investment objectives.
